For completely deleting of your personal data, you need to write a request in free form and send it to the email address
[email protected].
In your request, you must indicate the full game name of your character in the Project, as well as its unique ID (available in the character profile).
After receiving your request, we will ask you to confirm ownership of the account specified in the application by contacting you within the Project.
It will take up to 14 calendar days to process your request.
Once your application has been processed and your account has been deleted, it will be impossible to restore it!
